I’m not a regular Zachy’s customer but a few years ago had made a big purchase that had a lot of problems at the time of shipping. I complained a lot, and for what it’s worth they eventually made it right. It did take a lot of effort and mental energy and so I haven’t bought from them again.

This is similar to my experience with them on some 08 Dom except they never reached out. I had to message them to find out why my order never shipped followed by the we don’t have any.

It’s been pretty good so far. They seem to be on top of it. My last couple cases came last week and everything was correct and top condition.
Only a few small gripes about not being able to find wines I ordered but they weren’t a big deal and Bryan let me sub in some stuff.

Yeah I’ve bought wine then been told it’s out of stock and had the order canceled but also ordered stuff I was nearly entirely sure was mispriced then the wines showed up. I think I bought 2008 Cristal there for like $179 or something a couple years ago and was sure it was wrong then it arrived, so who knows. May be worth putting in an order though.
I tried for the sport of it and got an error message about how that item can’t be shipped to my shipping location (in Santa Ana, CA, like 40 miles away), then also some gobbledygook error message too.
404 on the link now, maybe it’s out of stock or who knows.
