I will be out of town 2/12 thru 2/15 for work so I can’t make it to the Ft. Lauderdale event. Apologies for any issues this may cause. In for the Miami event. Cheers.

Looks like we’ve lost the red burgundy then. Does anyone want to bring? I can do it if that works

In the meantime, now that we have the FTL event squared, let’s try to define a date for Miami, I’ll exclude 2/15 as an option because its too close to the FTL event and I won’t have a sous chef :

  • Daytime Event (Starting around 1pm or 2pm)

I’m really bummed and my cancellation fee will be passed on to my boss :joy::face_with_hand_over_mouth:. As for the miami event I’m good with any date but 3/1 but my preference is the 15th. Cheers and enjoy the FTL event

As of now, I can do any of those dates. I can also do daytime or evening. But I pushed daytime first.

David said that he can bring a red Burgundy to replace the red Italian. @david_lazer, what did you have in mind for the other red French?

@jp_trevino, have you decided what kind of red you’ll bring?

@mhgreen, you mentioned the possibility of bringing bubbly. Is that something that you’re still considering?

For the group, do we want to add a dessert wine, like a vin santo, at the end?

Hey David! If you want to recruit 2 more that’s totally fine. I have my neighbors (2) coming so we’re at 13 currently. If you bring 2 more then we’re at 15, so they are more than welcome

You can consider my red as non-burgundy too. I can also change it for a white if we need more whites.

@P_Bennett let us know wine choices for the additional folks once confirmed, and I’d be happy to change my wine if needed

I’m waiting on everyone here to declare what they are bringing style-wise. Once we get that settled, I’ll have them fill in what we’re light on
