It will be me and my wife Laurie so we are a total of two.

Had to mention Laurie and I went to the Fort Lauderdale Food & Wine Festival yesterday and Union Kitchen was one of the vendors (along with 50 other restaurants!). I met Roberto and he is a great guy and truly looks forward to having us in February. And, most importantly, his food was fantastic! It will be an awesome night.

My wife and I cannot make weekdays up in Broward or Palm. We are definitely interested in anything in MIA or weekends farther north so I will keep an eye on this thread.

Let’s try to set up a day for Miami as well, any Saturday from Feb 1st and on is good for me.

Our dining room manager at FLCC told me that we can come anytime that they are open during regular hours. Their dinner days are Wednesday, Friday, & Sunday. Just for future reference

It would be great to get the Miami meet up on the calendar as well.

My schedule is open currently on Saturdays for the next couple of months. During the first week of March, we may have some conflicts but those aren’t confirmed yet.
