Season in South Florida

I think that for 16 or more people it makes sense to bring a Mag or two bottles of the same wine.

Exactly my thought Mariano. I will be bringing a Magnum or 2 bttls of the same wine for sure. Once I get the updated menu I will post it so that we can discuss themes and who brings what etc. Based on my past experiences Bubbles and good white wines work very well with previous menus as do Spanish wines from Rioja - I recently had a Vina Todonia 2008 that paired perfectly with most of the menu

Agreed. Magnum (or bigger sizes hint hint) is the way to go so everybody gets a taste.

Hey, this might sound like a random request. Can someone store my bottle for a few weeks? I’m in Miami next week (I’ll be in Brickell), then I’ll be traveling non-stop until the event, so my bottle would be likely the most travelled wine bottle in existence (and to be fair, I’d rather avoid the hassle!)

Can I drop my bottle off next week with someone who is participating?

Not exactly Brickell but walking distance from Ezio’s. If you are planning to be in that area, we can certainly arrange a drop off

In Westchester and work in Doral (near the airport), I can also assist my putting it in our wine fridge until you pick it up.

I’ll be in the Marriott Airport complex on LeJeune Thursday/Friday, are you far from that? I don’t have a car but can Uber if needed to drop the bottle off?

So I was at Kojin Saturday and had an amazing meal. The new menu is awesome. I will try to attach pictures but can’t promise I will be successful

Chicken based Ice Cream at the top which was totally different but unbelievable

Scallop Ravioli is next

Maitake with Farrow

Angliotto stuffed with short rib is the last one

Here is the menu. The pictures were of some not all of the items.

They are more than willing to work with us on a set menu and have more than enough glassware. If we decide on a preset menu with a specific amount

it will make it easier for everyone. I have several favorites but can honestly tell you that every dish we had Saturday was AMAZING. It was a group of 6

and we had most of the starters and split some mains. Started with a Pet Nat Sparkler and some Roussanne and finished with a Burg and an

07 Caymus Special select. I’m not sure if we need a theme and maybe we just say bring your favorite wine and we just eat, drink and enjoy!!!

GO CANES!!!

Thursday we can make it work! Friday I’ll be tied up. It’s 10-15 minutes from where I work, that place, so it shouldn’t be a problem. Reach out to me the day of or the day prior to set up a time.

Awesome, it’ll be afternoon on Thursday, I’ll let you know!
