No problem, Mikko - I’ll be free from around 12-430 or so.

Ah, I missed out on the November one, told my lady we’d go to the next one. Thank you for sharing!

Is there a link to that event somewhere?

That Resy link should take you to the reservation page, but if it doesn’t work you can try this:

Good morning everyone. I am now at 4 for the dinner/tasting. Question for the group. Do you all prefer a set menu or for us just to order when we are there? Just trying to make it as smooth as possible so we can focus on the GREAT VINO!!!

Cheers and GO CANES!!

For me, a set menu is easier and allows me to try various dishes.

Count me for the set menu as well.

Laurie and I are good either way. If set menu, though, can we review options.

Absolutely. Also if there are any food allergies please let me know so I can advise the chef.

We’re in for Set menu too, hope that foie toast stays on it!

It definitely will. It is my favorite item.

Hey, my meeting got badly delayed today. Anyone around tomorrow where I could drop this bottle off to store for the few weeks? Closer to the airport the easier for me….

Mariano has my bottle, thanks everyone! See you in a few weeks (and set menu for me too!)

Goof Morning everyone.

Can we get a headcount for the 29th. I am working on the menu with the chef, all I need to know is if there are any food allergies they need to be aware of. As far as themes I think we make it bring your favorites….no age requirements or region etc. We should just keep a tab so we have enough white and red wines to enjoy the evening.

I am bringing white wine(s) hopefully a Magnum if not several 750’s so we can start the listing of whether you are bringing white, red, rose or bubbles.

Looking forward to seeing everyone and enjoying great food, great wine and great people.

I’ll be there with a +1. No diet restrictions.

I will be bringing a magnum of Red and either a 750ml of white or red, I’ll figure it out this week.

No dietary restrictions either. I’m considering 2 options for the wine, both of them red, the first one would be 2x750ml of a 2012 Brunello Riserva, the second option a magnum of a big, make you grow hair in your chest, 2010 Californian from a producer that is very much loved in this board.

Mikko’s bottle is a white magnum.

The head count so far is between 15 to 18, I have as confirmed:

@ErnestL @Faryan_Amir-Ghassemi @J_Cangiano +1 @JoseAr305 +1 @Keith_Ferguson (+1 to be confirmed) @mhgreen +1 @Mikko_Tuomi @R_Puga +3

To be confirmed: @Scott_Brunson +1

I am definitely in and my wife as well. There might be two more additional on my end, but I will know for sure by tomorrow.

I will also check tonight on my magnum selection to help with the wine tally
