I think the release got pushed until Thurs due to the wildfires

Bought my normal broken stones, hexe and heart stone. Really interested to try the “new” Cayucos Ridge Vineyard. Anyone have a a view on it?

I passed for the second time so that may be it for me - off the list.
We found a Paso producer we liked as much while tasting there last year, but with wines in the $40-$90 range rather than $130+.
Bought for almost 10-12 years. Enjoyed them, mostly, but time to move on.
anyone know what wines are in the July 2025 release?

this is as good as reason as any to not buy. i haven’t opened any young bottles in a while.
going to open a '14 jbv within the next week. most of what i am sitting on is 13–>

Pricing still the same?
Same thought process here. I have wines going back to 2006, with a bunch in the cellar. As much as I love their wines, I’m trying to cut back and I have no space. All signs point to “do not purchase”, but we’ll see.

FWIW, there are currently 146 bottles of Saxum on WineBid.
buying saxum on winebid seems really, really dumb.
there is enough people here (myself included) who are more than willing to share allocations and get you the wine directly, and taking whole allocations gets you free shipping.
maybe get some older stuff, sure. but with their goofy markups and zero level of warranty, i don’t get it.
