Hi all, looking forward to seeing many of you on Saturday for Infinite Truffles + Infinite Nebbiolo!
The wine list is already super banging (three magnums!!)
If you’re still deciding what to bring, I’d suggest the following:
- Alta Piemonte (Boca, Lessona, Carema etc)
- A brilliant modern producer for contrast (I do love some Sandrone)
- An example from Verduno (eg. Burlotto)
Also Champagne is very welcome - this will serve as an early Christmas party

I’m in the Richmond, too.
I’ve been thinking that it would be great to get a regular tasting group together. Something smaller and more regular. I have to think that there have to be at least a handful or so of SF folks or even SF folks on the westside of town that would be interested. Maybe once every other week or once a month.
We would need to find a BYOB or low corkage restaurant or space or something like that that would tolerate a group bringing a bunch of wine.
Any interest out there in something regular? Feel free to respond or DM.
