Morgan Ranch Beef - The Wagyu Warrior: BerserkerDay Edition

Hi Carrie - I sent an email the other asking if you have any estimate of when the order will ship. Just wanted to know if I should expect this week or next. Or are you saying it might be another 45-ish days? Thanks.

@Carrie_Morgan Thanks for clarifying! Any day in the next couple of weeks is fine. Looking forward to trying your beef!

I’ve got your package held!
Thank you,
Carrie

Just to clarify…when I wrote this I wasn’t thinking of the BerserkerDay orders. We will be getting all of your orders off the ranch in the next 2-3 weeks. If you added your email address when ordering, you’ll get an email about shipping when we print the FedEx Label.

On another note…today is the big day!!! The Google Advertisement featuring Morgan Ranch will air during the Super Bowl! It may not be showing in all of the markets, so, here it is: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NUKY6_SM8mc

It’s quite incredible how high quality these steaks are. Just opened a bone in NY our go to and wow the marbling is just perfect. Kudos to everyone at the ranch, I don’t know what you are doing, but I’ve never had steak like this. The Japanese Wagyu is too fatty for me. Somehow you have figured out the perfect steak. :man_bowing:

I’m sure this question has been asked and answered but I can’t find where. How long do you age your meat, and dry or wet aging? Thanks.

Thank you @MatthewT !
When Dan set out on this Wagyu adventure that was the goal. To provide a premium product for the American palate. Genetics, custom diets, attention to detail at harvest, and appreciative customers make it all work.
Those steaks are 30 years in the making.
Glad you all enjoy them.

…shameless plea, tell your friends! And, remember us for gift giving. We love doing corporate gifts any time of year!

Alan,
We wet age our beef for 27-31 days. During harvest, we ensure that the carcass is only air chilled (not water chilled that can affect texture and/or flavor). It will hang for 48 hours before being processed into primals. The beef is then packaged and aged. After aging, we break it down into the individual pieces that we sell to you all.

I was excited to see them. I’m already a fan of theirs and like to order oysters for my birthday!

Oh, I’m probably responsible for at least a dozen customers via social media. I tell anyone who will listen!

Thank you @Carrie_Morgan for duplicating the order - no more FOMO for me!

@Carrie_Morgan I just got a notice this AM that my order is shipping today. We are expecting snow here in central NC which really snarls things to a crawl. If the order has to sit another day or two at a FedEx facility, will it be OK?
