Yes, the beef is packaged in a thermalast bag and then in a pharmaceutical grade cooler. Right now, sitting in a warehouse is nice and cold too.
This time of year we keep a close eye on FedEx. If shipping takes too many days, we’ll reach out and see how the product fared.

I didn’t have freezer space during Berserker Day, so I placed an order that came today. I got 6 bavettes, 10 packs of ground beef, and added on two tri-tips and three tenderloin tips. Everything was still frozen, and I love the packaging! Thanks, Carrie and Dan!
