During our 5th year, we’ve offered five items you can add-on to your order:
For those of you who have never heard of Morgan Ranch, let me introduce my family.
We are ranchers in central Nebraska. In 1932 my Great Aunt Ollie homesteaded here. After her husband died, she sold the ranch to my Papa Dan. My grandparents, two sons, nine yearling calves, two dogs and a horse made the trek in an old truck from New Mexico to the Sandhills of Nebraska. In 1993, my Uncle Dan introduced Wagyu cattle to the ranch. He purchased the cows and bull from the original C. Itoh Wagyu Herd in the USA. Dan has done a lot of leg work in the last 31 years to grow Morgan Ranch Beef into a brand known world-wide for premium Wagyu beef. Around 5 1/2 years ago @Nola_Palomar, of Veleta fame, happened to meet Dan at a bar in the Madrid airport and we were introduced to the most amazing group of wine and fine food enthusiasts, WineBerserkers.
When we say we are a family operation, we mean it. My Uncle Dan, Parents Ron and Kay, Brothers Pat and Roger, their spouses, my Husband and Myself plus four of the 4th generation cousins live and work here. The cow herd is tended by us, the breeding decisions discussed at length (and not fought over too much), the calving in spring and fall, the feeding rations, the harvest decisions, and the sales decisions are all made by this core group. Sometimes I get long winded talking about it, but we are proud ranchers. We are proud to protect the Sandhills and we are proud to bring you a uniquely fantastic product. Thanks for having us!
Recently, Google reached out asking to feature Morgan Ranch in their 50 for 50 campaign. Here’s the result!
Don’t just take our word for it. Here’s what some of our satisfied customers have to say about Morgan Ranch Beef.
“Best you can find - I have been buying Morgan Ranch product for years now. I don’t go to a steak house anymore. I’m always disappointed going out to eat compared to Morgan Ranch product and making myself. Simply put, it’s the best beef anywhere.” - Bret Sloan
“One of the most tender steaks ever tasted - This is definitely a steak everyone should try once in their life along with an A5 Wagyu steak. That said, there are some who might like this steak more than the Japanese A5 as its texture is more like a traditional steak, but just more tender and juicy. Morgan Ranch also shipped quickly with its free shipping so props off to them.” - Cloud
Important Note:
Please note that due to the high demand for our products, some quantities are limited. We recommend placing your order early to avoid disappointment. We will start shipping your orders right away on Monday- the kids have been taping boxes after school in preparation! FedEx comes to the ranch Monday through Thursday each week. Your beef is packaged with care in coolers and shipped overnight.
We hope you enjoy these exclusive offerings and have an amazing BerserkerDay!
