Ground shipping is $40/box, flat rate, up to 12 bottles. We’ll hold all orders for cooler weather in the Fall to ship, and are happy to consolidate with any other orders you might have ahead of shipping. We will send a confirmation of timing ahead, likely in October for much of the country as we get a short break in harvest, and a bit later than that for warmer states. Please feel free to let us know if you have any specific requests.

Fir Crest is one of the most unique vineyards in the Willamette Valley, tucked deep into the foothills of the coast range in the Yamhill-Carlton AVA. The House Block is the first planting at Whistling Ridge, and the only part of the vineyard with a West roll to it. Catching direct sun at the warmest part of the day these vines have a modest canopy and the fruit is more exposed. While still red fruited, there is always a dark red intensity to the House Block and these three bottles show the distinct terroir of the shallow marine sedimentary soils. Sadly, we are down to the final cases of this lovely wine. An homage to my favorite Northern Rhone wines, this 100% whole cluster wine was raised in old 300L Hogsheads for 26 months. A new disgorgement of the Willamette Valley Extra Brut, and the first with three years on lees in bottle! This wine is fantastic. The extra time has allowed the bottling to really find a more harmonious and beautiful expression. I would continue to express that I do not believe there is a better $32 bottle of bubbles produced. I don’t think we will be able to hold this pricing for much longer, as we are seeing inflation in so many areas, so I would really encourage anyone with a need for a delicious and reasonably priced sparkling this fall and winter to dive in.
