Lost the 30% some time last week too.
Just saw the Macy’s wine offer pop up in my Amex Offers - $50 off $100 (and 4% rakuten). I remember reading that others got something similar a while ago. Looks like a bunch of sub $20 wines that I have never heard of. Oh well.

I think the wine at Macy’s looks like swill, but there is an actual known here and there if you look through them all.
When I tried this several months ago, I couldn’t double-dip an Amex offer with any other offer. To use the Amex offer, you have to use the link on the Amex website, and then the website did not accept other discounts, it was either the Amex offer or a different offer, not both. Maybe that has changed?
I used the link from Amex and then the rakuten box popped up from my browser and I activated. I narrowed down the red wines to “Italy” and didn’t recognize anything!
The Macys/WSJ/Martha Stewart are all just different website front ends to the same private labeling outfit on the back end. There might be other brands too.

I don’t have any codes to share, but I did just notice Valentini Trebbiano for just $100 over at Zacky’s. That’s certainly a good deal, especially if you live nearby and pick them up.

Just a comment on WDC credit card offers. Citi Merchant Offers seem to work differently than Amex offers for WDC. Generally Amex allows cumulative purchasing to trigger an offer (at least for that merchant) while so far on Citi it has NOT triggered that way, i.e. multiple orders that collectively add up to the the min spend requirement ($30 off $100 min) have not led to a credit happening naturally. The Citi offers do NOT specify that it has to be in a single transaction.
Unfortunately fixing/chasing Citi Merchant Offers is tedious, requiring 20-30 min on chat box or phone, and even then - in a case like this where its less obvious who is right/wrong - won’t automatically lead to success. Claiming that ‘Amex always does it that way’ isn’t an awesome argument to use.
I knew this was a risk when I placed the orders, but I also figured it was a reasonable chance it might trigger. I’ve got some 60 days more left on my Stewardship - which got little usage in the last year - so it doesn’t make sense to renew even though the current selection in categories I care about seems pretty decent.
I’ve had to call when my total WDC charge would have triggered the Citi offer, but when it was split it did not trigger. Also had to call to get the credit. But the recent one was only $10 off $100, and really wondering if my time was well spent getting that $10.

Wired for wine has 15% off with code 15OFF, and free shipping over $150. Most prices I checked were at or below WS low after the discount. I’m especially a fan of Beyond the Clouds for $58, one of my fav whites.
