Best deal/coupon for on-line wine shopping

Are there any 50 on 200 coupons still floating around.
I looked yesterday with 50 off 300/AMEX and Rakuten 10% and couldn’t really find anything I wanted to bite on

I had not previously used 50ROKTWINE - and it was still good yesterday.

I got 2020 p. Girardin Blanc eclat for <$24

Talked myself into a 2018 Leoville Barton - with 10% back and $20 off $100, shipped for free, pretty good deal.

Is there a reason more people don’t use CapitalOne Shopping at WDC? I haven’t ordered in quite awhile (since letting my stewardship lapse), but they always have 5% and often send emails for 15%. The trick is to activate the 5% with something in your cart and then just leave it for a day. The email link often works to reactivate the 15% multiple times.

It also seems to be more widespread. I was able to use 30% cash back at Chewy yesterday for some dog food. It also gives better cash back at sites like Priceline with no cap, so I was able to get 15% back on a $2000 hotel rental.

The main down side is that it isn’t direct cash back and you have to get a gift card to like Walmart, but then you can use that online to get whatever else you would like, including other gift card. Just curious and not a pitch to personally recruit anyone.

It had never occurred to me that I could get a Walmart gift card to buy a Visa gift card at Walmart.

The main issue with that is the Visa fee that is like $5. I used my walmart gift card to get a Disney gift card since that had no fees, no shipping, and we have a trip planned there.

I’m guessing that relatively few WB have anything from the CapOne lineup. I know that bank has been trying to move ‘upmarket’ and presumably the WB demographic would be attractive, so thanks for pointing this out.

cash like gift cards (Visa, Mastercard etc) have non zero rates of fraud/drainage. if one is in the situation of trying to reclaim their monies, and had paid with another store gift card…it would only be harder to resolve.

You don’t need to have a CC with Capital One to utilize the browser add-on. It’s essentially the same as Rakuten and RMN, but cash back is in gift card format.

I bought a pair each at this price and now fully regret not getting more. They are awesome overall but incredible at that price!

I only bought a pair as well to test them out, and I’m pretty sure I’ll feel the same once I’m able to try them out. I got sick right when they arrived and haven’t been tasting wine well enough to ask for nicer glasses.

Looks like fall50 is good for 50/300 on WDC. Add in the 15% CapitalOne and you can get some decent deals there.

I’m not gonna lie, saving $117.5 off their price of 08 Dom P Rose is pretty tempting. Somehow the codes work for that wine even though it ends in .97. The thing holding me back is I would have to ship to a friend in PA since it isn’t available in NC.

Went big for the Jean-Louis Chave Hermitage 2019 @ $299.99 with a throw in and the 50/300 plus 10%. Pretty awesome price given $319 WS low and $297 average CT price.
