Any idea of expiration on greatgifts?

Thanks for the recommendations!

Are you referring to the '08 L-P Millesime and not the Nature? I have a bottle of the Millesime that I haven’t tried yet and might pick up another with the Joy20 coupon while RMN still has 12% active.

I used the greatgifts 20/50 to pick up the '14 Roederer Bdb. I’ve picked up bottles of their '14 Brut, BdB and 242 in the last week.

These 20/50 are just impossible to resist at nearly 45% off with the RMN or Rak coupons!

Where do you see the 07 for that price? I actually think its a little better than the 08. One of the few champagnes where i’ve preferred that vintage so far.

It’s shipping from the Houston warehouse, I’m in IA.

Edit - thanks for the input, Joel! Going to grab three. Probably hard to beat at $40.48 net!

Worth Considering:

Château Siran Margaux 2018

Appears as #1 in the Wine Enthusiast Best 100 wines of 2021: “At the number one spot sits a bottle of Margaux from a historic chateau that hits the trifecta of high quality, accessible price and wide availability (while stocks last).”

On sale for $36/bottle at Larchmont Wine & Liquor (NY), lowest price I could find.

Forget it, they’re out of stock.

Do you know when promo ends?

I know many people here are nostalgic for the better WDC coupons of the past but man 20/50 and 20% cash back is an amazing deal on the right wines.

Because back then we had 20% cashback with
20/50
50/150
100/300

And if you had the amex offer, triple dip.

RMN website says through 12/8 or while supplies last. In the past, these have gone through the stated date some times and ended earlier other times.

My “strategy” is to use the 20/50 on a wine that’s priced as close to $50 as possible AND that isn’t obscenely marked up in the first place. Then combined with the extra 20% cashback, it’s a true deal. So many of the wines I am interested in are marked up so high, that we need the large coupons to bring it into the realm of “normal” pricing . . . it’s only the high cashback that makes it worth pulling the trigger. So that’s why I try to combine the 20/50 with an extra 20% on a wine that isn’t wildly overpriced to begin.

Had been using Springbank 10 for $99 on my ‘$50 off $200’ coupons…sounds unsexy, but springbank is hard as hell to find recently, and when I can it’s always for $90+, so getting it for ~$75 after discount is solid

CYBERAPP 50/200 was reported as expiring 12/5 but worked for me this morning. FYI.

Any recommendations for a $150+ bottle? I am opened to anything but must be 1 bottle.

ditto “greatgifts”
