If it ends in .97 it will not work with discounts, but should work with rebate sites, though I’ve never tried.

I suggested this upthread but Roederer BdB '14 in that price range is worth a look. Has some name recognition for gifts as well. I’ve noticed that some of my preferred Champagne buys have been out of stock for awhile now (Bereche, Chartogne-Taillet).

Same thing happened to me with two different JOY## codes (JOY50 and JOY25). It’s very strange, the code applies fine in the cart but when you get to the checkout process it fails saying something is wrong with the total. When you go back to your cart and try to re-add the code it now says the code is not valid.

That happened to me with the best code they ever did - wasn’t it 50 off of 50? - when Harris was elected VP. Code only lasted a couple of hours and I just missed it.
