BD15 Delivered and Drunk

I received the identical 4/15 note on my UPS order and assumed it was a total loss, but then my case kept moving and showed up today unscathed. Mine had the North Platte location but nothing subsequently about a train derailment.

Morgan Ranch and the hole in the wall gang hijacking wine shipments, who are those guys

We’ve got boxes on that train. For sure.

What is the wait time to make a claim? Do I do this or does PG?

They’re literally sorting stuff out.

Same issue

Last time I got that notice from UPS was because the truck caught fire! I had a case of wine on board and UPS covered the cost of a new case.

My wine arrived intact yesterday.

My Goodfellow purchases from both BD and the Spring release arrived today. The timing is couldn’t be better, because just yesterday my wife was complaining that every box she opened in the basement was full of reds, with no whites to be found. This Goodfellow delivery order is 3/4 whites and sparkling, so this should get me out of the doghouse.

(Finally finishing the cellar, and getting wine out of shippers and into racks will be the permanent solution to this problem. Soon. Soon!)

Still no response from @Eric_Lundblad - tell me something ?

Hi Marc, Sorry for the delay on the wine, and for missing your email. I was going to ship last week, but I held back because of some sentiment and because temp predictions for late this week and next looked much better (and temps elsewhere looked good but that was going away) . So the So Cal shipments will go out for delivery in that time frame. Will send individual emails to folks to that effect.

Hey, it’s the least I can do! Honestly I’d like to have a workable way folks could text me with questions like this…not sure that’s practical/feasible tho. The runner up option is to have a BD specific email address…too late do that for this year, but next…

That’s impressive

Its cheating a little because it’s BD and spring release. So like I tell my wife, it’s not as bad as it looks!
