Any thoughts on the “Extraction Missions” promo they will have going tomorrow? I assume it will be all the familiar faces, but I wonder if an interesting bottle or three will pop up.
That’s my limit too except for occasional splurge wines. I did buy the WS CLASSIFIED 2015 ‘Double Classified’ Rutherford Cabernet Sauvignon for $85 and should receive it next Wednesday.
I’m planning on checking out the sale Friday but expect there to be a lot of wines I have already bought but who knows.

I’ve been focused on work today, but yes, the couple of times I’ve checked in, nearly everything is sold out.
That said, I didn’t see anything that was even mildly compelling, save perhaps for the 2013 Montrose, but I still don’t think I’d have pulled the trigger. It’s just as well- the cellar is full and I don’t really need more wine anyway.

Wine Library’s WineText service has Miner Oracle 2018 for $25.99 by the case today - mentioning here bc this was a WS mystery offer back in Feb at around $70 per. Seems like a crazy price

The Diamond & Key at 35$ could be a good deal. The risk is that it is a 2020. Anyone know how smoke taint affected this Vineyard?
Hard to say about smoke taint. Depends on when it was picked. But I think it’s telling that TRB didn’t make any Panek in 2020.

Correcting myself here, TRB did actually release the (copied and pasted) Rivers-Marie “Panek Vineyard” Cabernet Sauvignon (2020) – Thomas Rivers Brown’s SV bottling from Panek;
And I just fact checked that again, and I need to correct myself again. I don’t see a 2020 in Rivers Marie site.

Rivers-Marie didn’t release ANY 2020 cab at all. TRB may have have made some and sold it off, but nothing under the R-M label.
