Anyone tasted the 2022 Adversity The Twin?
I bought one bottle.
This one looks interesting……
“2023 Exprimere Persey Peake Ranch Pinot Noir”
I doubt anyone has tried the 23 vintage yet, but does anyone have any experience with prior vintages?
No idea about the wine, but all is pointing to a very very good 2023 CA vintage
2019 Tolosa?
Looks interesting, but I think their server might be down, I can’t log-in……
Just got an email with a “Deep Cover” offer of Three Sticks 2022 Monarch pinot for $39. I think that’s a blend of different vineyards. Probably a decent deal if you are a fan of Three Sticks.
Today’s mystery Oakville Cab - my guess is Baker & Hamilton. It’s Vine Hill Ranch’s second label, is sourced from VHR vineyard in Oakville and the 2021 vintage was 100% Cabernet.
You seem to be quite good at this.
So that’s basically a $22 discount down to $68. If you’re a JJ Buckley private client, they may have a better price. it seems like a decent price on a decent wine, but with a full cellar, I’m on the fence.
Is WineSpies associated with JJ Buckley? If so, I wasn’t aware of that……
Not affiliated
He quoted a JJ Buckley price against the Wine Spies price to calculate the discount at $22. But if you are a JJ Buckley private client, you possible can score it cheaper than that, thus decreasing the spread further
Anyone know anything about todays offering? Panek vineyard caught my eye but thats about all i know.
Venture owned by Klay Thompson and Nolan Arenado (NBA and MLB). Winemaker used to work at Nickel & Nickel and Salty Goats (which got some MacDonald fruit a couple years ago). Seems like it is worth the splurge.
Anyone know anything about the Seiler Estate Reserve Cab? It’s listed for $175 on their website, not $250, but still intrigued. It looked like the only wine that they make.
Listed, but no reviews, on CT.
