What rose are you drinking?

Slight preference for the Sky Grenache, which surprised me.

Squirrel wine always pretty solid

Flint and saline with a hint of cherry and iron. Feels Provençal. Touriga Nacional? Yes, please.

One of three or four rotating house rosés.

A grab bag of rosés I didn’t get around to posting over the past few weeks:

• 2024 T Berkley Rosé of Cabernet Franc

A great BD purchase. A year extra slumber time since my last taste has mellowed this out nicely. Strawberry, lavender and chalk. Delightful.

• 2023 Goodfellow Rosé of Pinot Noir.

Watermelon/strawberry, tarragon. Gets better and better every time I taste it. Somehow I wound up with quite a bit of this, very happy about that.

• 2022 Sabelli- Frisch Milk Fed 9 Mission Somers Vineyard.

Cranberry/cherry, fennel seed, dried hay, with an unusual creamy mouthfeel in the middle. Love everything @Adam_Frisch does with mission.

I miss that Mission rose. The bottle with the label is :fire:. Wine ain’t too bad either.
