Have you tried the Guyot wines? I heard about them from one of Levi’s interviews originally and picked up some but haven’t opened yet.

Pascaline turned me onto them, they’re good wines, especially for the terroir she has.

I have a wine maker friend who worked at Ch. Mangot for two seasons, he rates them well. Very good wines and age well. The 2000 is drinking very well right now. Definitely not over done
