What bottle of wine did you open today? (Part 2)


Bruno Paillard Cuvée 72
After another lovely day in the Dolomites. I always enjoy this cuvée. It’s like my white bread grilled cheese with coleslaw and pickles, I know i shouldn’t like it that much, but I do.



We didn’t have much left for aperitivo so we had it with speck and crickets :smile::
