Sadly, a place to be avoided in Fredricksburg, TX. Beer ok to good and solid food but Alstadt reeks of bad Solvang and legitimately the worst three-piece rock/folk act I ever heard.
Bow and Arrow in Albuquerque is super legit. If close worthy of altering plans for one or two.
Picked up one of these (pilsner) but haven’t opened it. Something maybe worth getting on the list if you’re a lager fan. Interesting looking project.

I have enjoyed those Hanabi lagers
I don’t know if the beer is any good. But that view.
They still make Shugga?
I think it’s seasonal now, but no longer Brown Shugga? Haven’t had the new version.
Lagunitas sucks since they got bought a few years ago.
Another fantastic beer that drinks more like a wine.
Also had a glass of Paulaner Octoberfest since they still had some on tap tonight.
I love the Harvest Lager! It’s what I’ve been drinking for the last few weeks. Basically a Bohemian-style Pilsner made with Czech malt and Willamette hops. The kids call it a SMASH beer because there’s only one malt and one hop. Unfortunately we blew our last keg of it in the Tap Room on Thursday…
Total winner. One of two best beers I have had on this journey across USA.
Walt’s Pourhouse in Coos Bay has you covered if you need another pint.
What has happened to breweries and live music? Have only been in USA 3.5 weeks and this was the second time the band drove me from the beer.
While not as amateurish as Fredricksburg, TX this was as bad, or maybe worse, in a different way. What these three middle-aged guys did to Razor Boy by SD can only be described as criminal.
Like I get it’s Americana but listen to some Ramones records for goodness sake.
