I was really happy with this alongside a roasted leg of lamb. Full of fruit but softened somewhat. I have no idea how long I should have held this, but no disappointment whatsoever.

I tried a 2010 Bedrock Vineyard cabernet last year that was killer. To my surprise was able to track down a few more bottles.

2024 Bedrock Sonoma Valley Sauvignon Blanc - This is excellent, grapefruit, some pineapple, lots of acid but with a creamy texture that flattens the curve on it.
