Not nearly as much as I’d like. I have maybe 15 or so cases in my life at one time.

We are pretty close here. For me, it’s this way:
Vilmart
Marie Courtin
Laherte Freres
Vouette et Sorbee
Larmandier-Bernier but Benoit Lahaye is very close as #5. After #5, it’s a small list of things so most of my cellar is juiced up by the top 4.
As in Marguet Sapience?
Wish I had more!
Laherte 9.1%
Bouchard 8.9%
Krug 6.8%
Larmandier/Marguet/Agrapart 5.6%
I assume the percentages used represent in terms of Champagne and not entire cellar
I think I have you to thank for putting Vilmart (and Envoyer) on my radar, so thank you, I’ve thoroughly enjoyed them.
Yes. Love that wine of theirs!

Nice, have had a lot of Marguet but never the Sapience, might have to try that one soon.
If you have the budget go try the 2009, Joel. I really have enjoyed it. The 2012 was good too, just not as expressive as the 2009.
Thanks, will search for that one.
Mike, you’re welcome. If i had just Vilmart, Laherte Freres and Marie Courtin to drink for the rest of my drinking days, I’d be very good with that.
I could probably get by on just Vilmart.
Around 55 bottles total, including some non-vintage:
Taittinger Comtes - 10 bottles;
Piper Rare - 7 bottles;
Laurent Perrier Grand Siècle - 6 bottles.
Nothing else over five bottles.
Bouchard isn’t the top for me, but cellaring around 450 bottles of Champagne.
Laherte 33%
Marie Demets 19%
4 way tie for third:
Dom 9.5%
Larmandier Bernier 9.5%
Vincent d’Astree 9.5%
Caillez Lemaire 9.5%
Disclosure: there are only 21 bottles of champagne in my cellar.
Taittinger (all Comtes and Prelude)
Roederer. (Mostly Starck but an assortment of others )
Vilmart
Calsac (would be higher but I keep, drinking them)
Drappier (just their Brut Nature wines)
