Hey hey! Vilmart is a level above most stuff out there (well, they are for me). Their range is one you might want to explore now if you have the budget and interest. Perhaps next thing you try is the vintage stuff, which would mean the Grand Cellier d’ Or. The difference between this wine and the one you had (Grand Cellier) is another $20 US. What you’ll get is different fruit source (older vines), raised in small barrels and for a longer time, a little more Chardonnay in the blend, and a single vintage. Just an FYI.
When you do the 244, share your experience with that one, too. I am interested to hear, Gabe.
