Yes all my wines from phase 2 and 3 have shipped and in great condition. Scored on phase 3 I cant believe it. Must have been lucky timing.

How long did it take to receive phase 3 wines?

Jen - did all your cases arrive the same day or within a few days of each other? Iâm hoping they ship them in order of purchase date as I have at least 4 cases that I donât want all at once. It would be better if they ship all the east coast and other long delivery time orders together now before the weather turns hot though.
I placed my first order 1/29 and nothing yet either.
Not sure what this will mean to the other 2 cases I just ordered.

I have placed 3 orders - all during stage 3:
1/30 - heard nothing yet
2/10 - shipped UPS by Wine Country Connect (they already ship to me for Casemates etc) and arriving later this week
3/5 - heard nothing yet
I think everything was shipping by Fedex to start with but I wonder if WCC (using UPS) have been brought in to help clear some of the backlog

Interesting that phase 3 orders are shipping as the website now says they are 93% (previously 84%) complete shipping phase 1 and 2.
Yes, quite interesting. According to wind down explanation stage 3 would not ship until after fulfillment of prior claims (Stage 1 & 2) are completed. However, it appears above that many have received their stage 3 orders? Unless these stage 3 orders were part of a prior claims process? Assumed my Feb 7 (2 case) and March 11 (2 case) stage 3 wines would not be going out until early April.

I received notice (label made only) for one of my two cases, ordered at the same time.

I just received a stage 3 shipment today and have another stage 3 on the way even though I also have a stage 2 still not sent. The shipment just showed up with no email or pack list and my account doesnât even have it tagged as shipped or delivered. Based on the 2 stage 3 orders theyâve shipped me, It appears that the orders that they ship out are not according to date of order as they originally predicted.

UPS just delivered 2 cases (stage 3) with one more case coming this Friday. Original order of four cases on 1/29 with no word yet on the fourth case. I was receiving updates from UCC on the delivery, however, no packing list. Everything intact, no damage, just have to see now if the wine is good. Being in south Florida, hoping the other cases will be here soon before it gets hot.

Where are they being sent from Ray ?
Its my understanding that all the wine is shipping out of a warehouse near or in the cities of Napa or American Canyon.
UC Support notified me that email notifications and account updates are not keeping up with shipments. Thatâs why a case just showed up at work yesterday with no email or account record.
