TN: 2007 Vincent Dauvissat (René & Vincent) Chablis 1er Cru La Forest

I started drinking white Burgs ~ 6 years ago and thought that maybe I’d dodged a bullet and premox was behind us…but no. Modern bottles can definitely have it. I’ve recently had poxed bottles of 17-20 Niellon (and also good ones to be fair), and a 20 Tribut Chablis, courtesy of @Dennis_Atick

Interestingly, the perfectly fresh 12’ Dauvissat le Clos we tapped that night was a wax-capped bottle that must have come from overseas originally. :thinking:
