Medium red, brown with clear edges. Smoked meat, plums, dried mushroom and black cherry. Delicious earthy, briny, black cherry flavours and a quite tannic meaty finish.

Gilles Barge killed it in 1995. I had one bottle three years ago and it was shockingly young and powerful, just so good. I wish I had more.
Nice. Waaaay before my time with Barge.
