the envoyer email today about Vilmart Grand Reserve for $39 today was a pretty good deal. that’s house bubbles price I’d say
I saw this but passed because I have a few NV Grand Cellier Brut already. How is it in comparison?
That is great to hear! I received mines but I am very excited to open one very soon. Cheers!
Wine.com Florida /South has the 2010 Ch Canon at $123.97. WS has low price at $178
It’s mostly Pinot and is much rounder. There’s nothing wrong with it but it’s a big step down from Grand Cellier.
Raley’s stores (greater Sacramento area) are blowing out 2017/2018 half bottles of Keenan Napa cab, $9.99 each or 30% off ($6.99) when buying 6 or more. I grabbed a mixed case at my local store yesterday.
I agree with David that it’s definitely a step down, but it’s also a decent price step down. I dont mind opening a $40 sparkler with just about anyone, whereas I am a bit more protective of my Grand Cellier
If you haven’t used recently, WDC reset the “Roktwine50” code, so you can get that down to $109.99 + RetailMeNot 8% discount if you are so inclined. I just used on a Leoville-Barton '16 that was $169.99.
Thanks! Party Source usually has awful deals
I changed shipping state from VA to FL and price dropped from 159 to 123 like you were showing. Thanks for sharing.
Bunch of older Trimbach (Riesling and Gewurz), as well as Barolo/Barbaresco (1990s/2000s) at FirstBottle. Free shipping with 6+. No idea about provenance.
Trimbach didn’t seem like a bargain.
I don’t see the Gewurz elsewhere in the US, except the SGN on Winebid for $5 more before commission and shipping. I don’t know how great a deal it is, but if you add a few bottles of something cheap, you can get free shipping from FirstBottle. This makes it a good deal, at least for the E. Coast. I agree pricing on the CFE is not so great.
67wine in NY has 20% off all Rhone reds. 3 bottles of Allemand Reynard are $360 each. Shipping to MD was $15 per or pay NY state tax to buy the wine there.
Almost pushed the buy on Forman Cabernet 2018 for $75. I just don’t drink much cab anymore though…

$3 natural, ultra-fine cheese cloth for all you old wine drinkers…
@larry_schaffer at Tercero has case of Mourvèdre and Cinsault rosé plus a couple others for $200. In for a case of Cinsault, myself.
I took advantage of this too - good deal (guess this doesn’t fit the definition of something I “passed on,” but still great deal).
