If you buy one of the Potion Collector Mystery Packs, it will default to the non-Stereophonic wines. I could probably get some Champagne in there, just e-mail me with your preferences if you do order it. There’s also an all-Champagne dealer’s choice available in the Champagne Room.

Here’s a great video by Aaron Jackson, our winemaker, about the Norgrove Vineyard Chardonnay. This video profiles his own bottling, called Aequorea, but it shows you how beautiful the site is. The winemaking is practically identical on our two versions except Stereophonic’s spends less time in oak and is predominantly from an earlier pick with more acidity. Enjoy this special wine!
