Very excited to taste the 2009 sans sulfite Lapierre 2001 Togni sounds great too!
Here is what I’m thinking, depends A LOT on what I can find in storage in a reasonable amount of time (i.e. moving less than 10 boxes):
2011 Bernard Levet Côte-Rôtie La Chavaroche, 2012 Jean-Claude Rateau Beaune 1er Cru Coucherias Blanc, 2012 von Winning Ruppertsberger Reiterpfad Riesling trocken, 2002 Domaine / Maison Vincent Girardin Corton-Charlemagne (premox risk, but 3/4 have been great) or 2013 F.X. Pichler Riesling Smaragd Loibner Oberhauser
Hope those options are in line with what people are interested in.
Newbie question: how are the stems at PM? Are you guys bringing yourself (will be tricky for me because I won’t be driving) or use what the restaurant has?
Sorry, folks. Something’s come up and I will have to bow out from attending. Hopefully the very cute server is still there and gets assigned to your table.
