It’s pretty nice. Unfortunately, the vineyard you see to the west across the driveway belongs to Archery Summit.
Anyone know someone at Archery Summit who can hook us up with a tour of the place?
I tried to book the 2pm tour on March 12th, but apparently they’re fulled booked ![]()
(edit: I should clarify, we’re not trying to get it for free… cool with paying the tour fee, but need help squeezing us in on the tour) ![]()
Sorry. I don’t know anyone, but Gordon Fitz can probably hook you up at Domaine Serene. ![]()
Shocking Bob, knowing your deep AS affection.
Pretty sure Chris Hayes is still there. Excellent guy. He doesn’t post here often.
Not sure what you’re hoping for. It’s one of the more popular stops in the Willamette. Is there a reason you can’t try a more mutually convenient date/time? Would it hurt to try a different winery?

Sorry I can’t help you out, haven’t worked there in twelve years.
They are pouring at SIP that day, as am I. So if you want to taste, that’s an option.
Let me see if I can help out at all. How many will be in your group? Does any other time work for that day?
@ Bob…
Richard, we’re only in the valley for 1 day unfortunately, and I mentioned 2pm b/c they only do a tour at 10 and 2… and i have another appointment else where at 10am. I know it’s a popular place. ![]()
Not that it matters but to answer your question - what I was ‘hoping for’, was for them to add 2 people to their already ‘fully booked’ 2pm tour. But as it turns out, though I was told it’s “fully booked”, there actually isn’t a tour at all during 2pm day as they are (as Todd pointed out) pouring at Sip.
Chris Hayes no longer works there, I called and asked
He set me up on a tour last time, which was excellent. And yah it wouldn’t hurt to try a different winery - which is what I’ll do. (or go to Sip)
Thanks again everyone!

Thanks for the update on Chris and good luck with the touring.
