Ordered your solera sparkling and the zinfandel pack. Super excited for both. I did want to ask what you think the drinking window is for the zinfandel? I’m seeing up to 8 years on CellarTracker, but I really want to stretch these to see the progression over time.
The 14 is softer, shorter window…start there and see what you think. 15 has a bit more tannin to take if further.
I just can’t handle all this love. Seriously, means a lot coming from you!

A lot of my wine drinking is over dinner with my daughter and my son in law who are both chefs and they make me an awesome meal while I supply the bottles – and these sure seem like the ideal bottles! I see some very good evenings in my future!
