I like people who drink wine barefoot

We need to see a picture of the bloody foot. I posted mine!

Just a couple of “stab wounds” LOL

My gosh, those are the ugliest toes I’ve ever seen. They definitely look the toes of a mountain biker.

Not glass but I guess worth sharing! Just shredded my rear tire backing into a brick landscape island in our driveway, lol.

Incidentally, this is why I should not be running errands. Last week I got a ticket running errands.

Breaking wine glasses is nothing to you. Between bursting water pipes and dangerous driving, you are a free floating menace.

I’m a Birkenstock guy in the house, and also the main cook. A couple times a year I’ll drop a knife and watch in slo-mo horror as it plummets point-first toward my tootsies.

I’ve seen more than one stick the landing into the wood floor, upright and quivering. Last month I finally took a hit with a (small) slice on top of my foot.

I cook barefoot. Still have all my toes for now

Had another one of those Friday night, but I did not cause it!

Busted sprinkler head. Not much I can do at 10 PM, buzzed.

@ToddFrench may have something to say, I’m teasing him out

Fun little accident in the kitchen today. As we were prepping for the big party Saturday, Jen heated up a pizza in the oven and apparently yanked the handle so hard that it, already fairly loose for some time, fell off on one side and the torque from doing so shattered the tempered glass on the top oven. Fun cleanup of shattered glass, but there still is so much there so I had to put orange painters tape over it and make it look like a Halloween decoration.

I thought it was a joke.

BTW a glass was broken at the party in the courtyard. LOL

oh snap! that’s why we don’t give out glasses - any idea where or who did it? Didn’t notice when we spent the day cleaning yesterday

Yeah, perfect holiday opportunity to make it look like an intentional decoration

Finally broke a bottle on my passive cellar floor. 7 years, good run.

Finally got around to fixing this with a replacement door panel this weekend - was surprisingly easy, actually!

You fixed that yourself?

You know I did, we talked about it, and about how you would have paid the $225 quoted installation cost AND a $175 tip

My bad I thought you actually paid to have it done.

It was remarkably easy, now I have the satisfaction of a job well done…on my favorite oven, no less

Do you have a squire that rides behind to fix your flat tires? :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye:
