Official WTSO thread

But have you had one?

I tasted that wine when we tasted with David in Oregon, but I haven’t opened any of my Reserve bottles yet. It was really good when we tasted. It was favorite wine in his line up.

I’ve had the 2021, 2022, and 2023. They are fantastic. At that price, pff. silly.

2021 reserve. Crazy good deal.

Their vermouths are also fantastic!!

Ended up with a mixed case, going to my sisters for thanksgiving and there will be 25-30, so this will satisfy the crowd.

The Anderson Family Pinot Noir up right now is an unbelievable deal.

Thank you! Purchased some 2018s from K&L at a similar price a while back and was blown away.

This is one of the wines recently featured during the Willamette Valley micro-producer sale. I note that one of the Sun Break wines is now also back up on WTSO. I assume these will be put into and out of inventory as seems to happen on WTSO. Excellent values.

Thanks for the tip about Sun Break. I just picked up four bottles at a crazy price and free shipping. It’s a no brainer since I use Sun Break “Colette” as my house crowd pleaser Pinot.

I can’t find any information about Keiser Family ‘Icon’ Oakville Cabernet Sauvignon 2023 for $25. I can’t even find a Cellartracker entry.

Probably the source of denegoce 599

Definitely some sort of private label.

Then this claim from de negoce (like all things negoce) is dubious:
from a name that’s graced lists of the finest Cabs in the valley for a generation.

Also the desciptions and the alcohol percentage don’t match.

Just a joke, I am sure. I actually saw this wine on WTSO and thought about Cam X lot 10….a new “icon” level wine…… :open_mouth:

Exactly. Sorry nuance isn’t easy on here. But that was my intention.

I do assume, though, that a fair amount of the NDA wines we see that are billed as something like: “sold for $150 under its original label with a mid 90s score from a top publication” is precisely this sort of Keiser Family esque stuff with a Decanter score. :upside_down_face:

Of course it is. Were you expecting MacDonald?

It reminds me of the prices at TJ Maxx. Did anyone ever pay $185 for this Keiser Icon?

Anyone have info/thoughts on current Beckstoffer G3? Not a horrrendous price for the vineyard.
