Now a supervisor jumps in since I responded to one of their emails and says the person who emailed me was wrong and I will get credits .
Last time I purchased from them was around a year ago so maybe they just want my business back ??

Pointelle Willamette Valley Pinot Noir 2015 on their now. Not sure about 2015 but have had 2 other years and it’s been good . Especially for the price
I got that for $20 a bottle, and that included 2 WTSO stamped Riedel glasses. The wine was… ok. Rather low-end Oregon pinot noir. But the glasses sealed the deal, and no regrets on that purchase.
I declined my bottle credits…
