I suddenly feel like Iâm in the wrong thread, ha! Is it weird that i love wine but have literally zero interest in knives? Ha!

Prepare to be humbled in blind tasting when the sashimi course is revealed to have been Cutco 7-5/8" Petite Chef
Lolz, that was when someone had tracked down the last few bottles of 2019 Palmer remaining in the Seattle metro area, at the Tukwila store. I went and grabbed them and was astounded to see an area with all sorts of primals, including goat. Someone else, maybe @Kris_Patten , weighted in to say that particular store did a lot of business to restaurants so had some stuff that is kooky by ânormalâ Costco standards.
If you canât identify which knife cut your sushi, blind, youâre not a real aficionado.
Steel terroir.

Well, you also served us Caymus.
That Tukwila Costco is a business center warehouse. Itâs awesome, whole goat, tongue, all sorts of cool stuff.
Best knives were made in the 70s and 80s, I really dislike these modern styled knives.
