You should go to the kitchen knife thread in Epicurean exploits-you’ll be the guy walking in with a bottle of meomi

I am hosting a blind kitchen knife dinner. Each course was prepared with a different knife, then we reveal at the end.

Is it safe to say Cutco is the Caymus of kitchen knives?

Lolz, that was when someone had tracked down the last few bottles of 2019 Palmer remaining in the Seattle metro area, at the Tukwila store. I went and grabbed them and was astounded to see an area with all sorts of primals, including goat. Someone else, maybe @Kris_Patten , weighted in to say that particular store did a lot of business to restaurants so had some stuff that is kooky by ‘normal’ Costco standards.

If you can’t identify which knife cut your sushi, blind, you’re not a real aficionado.

Our son sold cutco in high school. So we have some lol. The serrated “table knives” are actually great, use them all the time.

Well, you also served us Caymus.

That Tukwila Costco is a business center warehouse. It’s awesome, whole goat, tongue, all sorts of cool stuff.

Best knives were made in the 70s and 80s, I really dislike these modern styled knives.
