Had a friend pick me up 2 from the Mountain View Costco last weekend. I really wish the Redwood City location would up their game.

Senses, TRB makes the wine. Oakville fruit but i’m not sure which vineyard or vineyards go into it.

I really like the My Favorite Neighbor. I’ll open it the night before and just recork it. Maybe decant an hour before drinking. This method has worked for me many many times with this wine.

That’s interesting. In the Los Angeles area Costcos I’ve been to I have only seen Opus once and that was probably five years ago.

well…I can certainly say that the Costco’s near their HQ certainly have a great product line up compared to other costco’s in the NW.
Last time I was at the Kirkland Costco it was amazing. Several different ‘tables’ of wines and lots of product on shelves as well. My Costco (Vancouver, WA) doesn’t have much of anything yet when I ask in Kirkland about my store they just say it’s the same buyer for both stores and I need to talk to my local store manager.

Frustrating!

When visiting an out of town Costco, I hit the wine section first.

Ft. Myers had ONE bottle of 2015 Waterbrook Cab Sauv. Reserve for $ 12 after rebate…Going to see if theres more in Naples. Lady that was looking for more said it was really good…

I haven’t had one in a while but I recall not being overly impressed in the past. Plus I think its like $18 retail…so maybe not worth going out of your way to find more?
