We are doing another dinner in Yong Chuan’s private room, centered this time on their homemade dumplings and excellent Peking duck. We have a 9 person reservation at 6pm on July 15th.
Everyone will bring one riesling and one blind (bagged) red. Your red choice should take into account the season and menu. We’ll start with all the dry (or nearly dry) rieslings with apps and dim sum, then blind taste each red one by one along with the entrees, and then finish with the sweeter rieslings at the end.
The cost will be about $125 per person including tax, tip, and a heavily discounted corkage fee. Menu will be:
