I’ve just started a new role and my schedule is now mostly evenings. I’ll have to step out of this one, but hopefully I can make future events when my off-days align. Enjoy the dinner!

I am still recovering from the Saxum Dinner last night that coincidentally celebrated the Blue Tsunami ( :slight_smile: ) so I am not going to be able to sign up for this one, which I had intended to do just to annoy Peter.

Also… additional instructions… they are going to be a little understaffed so PLEASE:
*everyone open their bottles ahead of time, if they need decanting, double decant them before you get there.
*make sure they are covered when they arrive (aluminium foil, bags, whatever you have)

I’m pretty pumped about what I’m bringing… remember it’s blind… lets see how everyone does!
