Bring two bottles BLIND.
Both firmly in their drinking windows.
One from Nothern Rhone. One from Southern Rhone.

We will open the bottles blind and we’ll enjoy half. Everyone will vote on their favorites. Then the bottles will be revealed, so they can be enjoyed with context.

Date - November 19th, 6pm
Location - Chateau Harlem (dm if it’s your first time coming to our place)

Also, my b-day is the 14th so will have some '90 goodness for y’all

Nov 13-27 open for me except 18/25 currently.

“Half blind” is also presumably a prediction of the participant’s state’s at the end of the evening…

I am pretty flexible in November. Sooner we lock in, the better it is for me though. My bday is the 10th and Julie is the 19th, but I will be in the store by then, so no travel plans, just a matter of coordinating.

Might need to buy some Northern Rhone from someone though if anyone has any to spare.

Well, I placed my orders in preparation for this evening. They are… shockingly conventional.

I know sam and joe wanted biodynamic orange wine pet nats made by a grizzled goat farmer in the most northern point in St Cyr…maybe next time!

Speak for yourself dude lol :crazy_face: that said, it wouldn’t surprise me if Joe knows where the single row of schioppettino vines grow in the Rhone and brings a bottle made from that.
