Hi all, I chatted with @Sean_S and @Ian_Alper, and we agreed that we should plan another get together. Tentatively at the end of October, please suggest dates and locations on both sides of the hill that work for you. Who can make it? All are welcome!
Edit: HOME, 27-Oct 5:00pm. We’ll be seated in their beautiful backyard, so bring a sweater. No rain in the 10-day forecast.

Maybe October 22 or 23? I would be up for Home again but am totally flexible. It was expensive but so nice! Also could do Mo’s dumpling again. Very reasonable corkage and more affordable. Who is in?
I could do 22-Oct. Would have to be Mo’s or another place though, as Home is only open Fri-Mon. Should I ask them if they’re willing to have us again on Sunday afternoon, 27-Oct?
I lean to having more folks than what venue we choose. If folks are more comfortable with Mo’s I am all for that. If everyone feels like splurging, I’m in!
We have two options now on 27-Oct, HOME in Soquel and Cavalletta in Aptos. I called the former, and we visited the latter. Still slight edge for HOME in terms of food, Cavalletta was pretty good as well. $25 corkage per bottle at the former, and $30 at the latter (Cavalletta did offer a significant discount though, so we would not be paying anywhere near that).
Still open for other locations, just wanted to get some options verified.

@Sean_S pointed out that our current date and time is back to back with the pickup party at Sandar & Hem. Could we get a quick show of hands whether you a) prefer to stick with the current time, b) would be OK with postponing by 1-2 hours, or c) postponing by 1 week to 3-Nov.

We will be at Sandar and Hem and will not be able to make it to Santa Cruz on afterwards. I’ll have to check on Nov 3 as I will be traveling but not sure when (most likely the following week)
