Oops, I was editing it out of my post just as you replied. The Beau Soleil was a bit ripe for my tastes, but seemed well made, and a good value for those that like the style (but I’ve only tried the 2005). I’ve not had the others.
Just found one example of a Chardonnay blend. Though, I’m not sure they consider it a “Chardonnay” specifically as they market it even on the label as a blend. At least it’s an example of when A Chard is not 100% chard…
I’m sure there are others just can’t recall them…perhaps most Chards are “100% Chard”.
