LastBottleWines.com (Last Bottle Wines) Deal Discussion Thread (Part 1)

Any tasting notes or thoughts on the 2016 Testamatta or previous vintages from this producer? Seems like a good deal for a nice wine.

Pretty good deal for the vertical (14,15,16) of Beringer cab private reserve.

Yeah, briefly looked at that one

How are folks seeing where they still have stock on certain wines, after the deals are gone off the main page? Just emailing them to inquire?

Anyone know anything about the Waypoint cab offer that is up?

In a word, yes. An email works wonders.

it’s tim milos, afwe cab.

had to jump on today’s offer - 2017 Domaine Adrien Besson Chablis Grand Cru Vaudésir - even though (oddly) no notes on '17 vintage in CT. All other vintages pretty solidly liked in CT

I’ve had other vintages. Liked them

With as much as I’ve loved the '17 vintage for White Burgundy, had to take a gamble

missed it, damn. '17 should be excellent.

Since when does Last Bottle have an East Coast warehouse?

I am not sure. Definitely since the summer at the latest. Note, though, that when they have their marathons, those purchases always come from the West Coast warehouse, regardless of where you are.

Hey Matty, did your bottles ship yet?

Pete, got mine pretty quickly after ordering, looks like order place 11/18 and delivered 11/20.

Wow, that’s really fast! I ordered 2 on 11/18 also and my order is still in process.

Guess you got the last of the east coast bottles … I’m still waiting on the 4 that I ordered.

Same here. From their east coast warehouse.

Sounds like you lucked out too … stay well.

Got this as well, thought this looked really interesting.
