EXTENDED $150 to Clear Out Our Warehouse. Final Franny Beck Closeouts $150 Delivered

Past 90 days and Vinoshipper still indicates that my order is “processing”. Has anyone received their order yet?

LeslieB, no, I haven’t after placing on 1/31. Multiple emails to Michael inquiring about updates have not been returned.

Same here. I seem to remember reading somewhere that they had a lot more orders than expected and were labeling bottles to fill the orders. Can’t find the reference.

It was in the 3/11 email. No updates here

Thanks, I think I deleted that one.

Still waiting too

In addition to a BD order, also still have 1 outstanding from first week of January.

I’m still waiting for my two BD orders, as well. Just sent an email to VinoShipper to find out if they have any information.

Well, VinoShipper replied very quickly and said they have tried reaching out to the winery, as well, and haven’t received any replies. They let me know I can cancel the orders for a refund. A few of us must have reached out to them already.

To everyone who has posted here, my apologies. We are still in the queue at Casteel bottling to get all the bottles labeled. It’s taken longer than I expected, so I understand the frustration.

As always, I’m happy to provide some transparency when needed. We ship through Vinoshipper. Vinoshipper collects payment and doesn’t release payment to the winery until they have shipped the wine. So, please do not be concerned that we’ve taken your payment and will never deliver. That just isn’t the case.

For those that aren’t willing to wait, I’m happy to help cancel your order and it completely understandable. No hard feelings. As soon as these bottles get labels on them, I will send them out. Thank you, everyone.

Michael,

When is the labeling happening? I do want the wines. I do not want to cancel. But being in FL, this weekend will be in the 90’s. There will be respite next week, but once we get into the week of the 14th, my shipping window pretty much closes until November, and I really do not want to wait until November, or have my wine on a UPS truck when it is 90 plus degrees.

Thanks,
Ian

I have sent a couple emails to you, Michael, that have not been replied to (sent on March 14th and March 19th). Would appreciate a response!

I live in Florida and have the same concern.

Texas, same concern.

@Michael_Sterling Any updates on the bottling and shipping situation? Thank you.

Texas, same concern. I’ll probably cancel if it doesn’t ship in the next two weeks.

Cancel or contest the CC charge? In all honesty only emailed him a couple of days ago but the conversation here is not encouraging…

Edit just got an email…

“Hi Bob, the wines still haven’t been labelled yet. I’m frustrated as well. I’ll ship as soon as they are. I understand if it’s too much and will help cancel the order if you need. Apologies on the wait”

I’m going to ask to cancel the order… helping me cancel the order is not a warm and fuzzy

I think vinoship will cancel with no issue. Cc dispute would be the easy back up.

Hello guys, responding to emails as I can.

The wines are sitting at Casteel, waiting in line to be labelled. Understand the frustration (I’m frustrated as well) and, as I’ve said I my emails, happy to help cancel orders for those that don’t want to wait. Again, no hard feelings.

Also, no need to dispute. Either email me or Vinoshipper and we’ll get it taken care of.
