Solid list. I agree with most of your thoughts and would add some favorites Molotov and La Diabla (as well as their audio bar/taco shop Malinche). To add a controversial opinion I’d say that The Wolf’s Tailor is overrated, prices have ballooned with their second Michelin star and last time we went I found the wine program to be a total nightmare.

Ive never been to Wolfs Tailor, primarily because people whose opinions I respect havent had great things to say about it. And for what it is, it should be great every time.
