Those were “official” shiners per Matthew Turk too right?
Cheers, Tim
The descriptions aren’t entirely clear but there is only one definition of a shiner:
Bottled by THE ORIGINAL WINERY and unlabelled. That’s it. Cameron’s definition was make believe.
Have you tried 419 and liked it, or is this a first purchase for that one too?
All first purchases. That one seemed interesting enough to buy 3 of.
Im just posting a pointless post to get closer to 10k posts.
“please ignore this post” (I imagine there are still a few around here that will get it)
I just got my #478 with the original winery’s corks so I too am pretty confident on the new management using the correct definition of shiners (unlike Cam). Dammit, I have too much wine.

Oh I gotta help push this to 10k folks
I’m just here to show a bug in the software.
… and I can reply to your 10001st post. How fun
Don’t worry—no red wine was released in 2020 because of quality concerns not smoke concerns, right?
I was like “wow the dN thread has a lot of activity must be a great new offer!”
Shiner with revealing cork!
They are getting so many shiners. It’s really impressive.
Thanks
While I don’t know wineries in this neck of the woods, there was one in Anderson Valley that was shut down (due to a tragedy with the winemaker) and is currently auctioning off (well, the bank is) their 2020 labeled Pinot Noir. Could this be the 2021 unlabeled wine?
The winery is named Dupuis and it was shared upthread.
