Thank you for the ‘Cameron Hughes Talks de Negoce’ link. Most interesting is his approach to current Napa status and Australian access.
I found the the tidbit that they are working on German wines to be interesting. I’d be all in on a mixed case of Spätburgunders from different vineyards or regions.
This article made me want to buy 199…
Agreed with @Marc_Bonfante. Love the tasting videos!
I was thinking that too…Cam is right…If we dont see 20 for 100 20 for 150 20 for 300 its no good…Matthew started it…lol…
Good Cam is honest about list prices…
No idea how to quote tweet stuff on this new website.
But yah, of course people are going to gravitate towards the biggest discount even if it’s completely irrational.
not a fan of the new website.
Looking forward to offers from Germany and Spain!!!
2 ways…
Cool way: just highlight what you want to quote and hit reply…
When you hit reply…hit that quote circle on left…that quotes…

Sure isn’t!
Thanks for posting that tip!
Thanks David!
Also, check out the first few posts from the FAQ thread that Todd started. Gives the details on most of the key things that we want to do on the site.

Well, I never figured it out on the old board, so maybe this time…
So, is the new Part 2 format going to be one infinitely long thread without pages? That will be interesting…
I’m in for another mystery case. Have been happy with the previous offerings. I don’t have space, but added more of N.212 (which was excellent) along with the mystery case, and put into long-term-storage (LTS). Building a pallet over there. I too missed out on the Barolo, looks to be solid.
I have 3.5 cases on the way (when weather turns cooler) and my biggest issue continues to be with space to store the wine! Looking forward to trying some of the Summer sale wines, that sale gave the opportunity to sample a bunch of different DN bottles which I have not tried yet. And, also gave the opportunity to load up on N.67 (a Santa Cruz mountain cabernet), which I loved. Also added some 188, which is a Santa Cruz cab from another producer. I am a big fan of Domaine Eden, and these should allow trying different cabernets from that region.
New Offer!
Baby Barolo for $129/case DELIVERED!
Another fantastic wine tasted last Spring at VinItaly, Lot 323 Langhe Nebbiolo hails from the dynamite 2020 vintage in Piedmonte.
At that price per bottle for a LN seems like a no brainer to me… in for a case! I’m really digging these international wines Cameron has been offering up lately!
It had been over 3 months since my last purchase. The NL got me after I missed out on the Barolo.
Glad I got in on this quickly. Looks gone already!
I’m still not getting the emails (since late July) - and not in my junk email. I am getting shipment emails though. Emailed Mickey who wrote back saying they will look Into it, but no Barolo email today (!)
Will update once resolved for anyone in similar circumstances.
Update! Got the baby Barolo email! So seems like they figured out how to get my issues resolved. Thanks to Mickey and Richard for the help!
I am feeling like I have to become more strategic with the DN offers as they go more international. The recently delivered Italians have been spot on for my palate. There are too many of these old world offerings sound exactly what I want, but I lack the space to store them. It was hard not to buy the Baby Barolo today, even as a 6-pack.
