Really cool. I don’t even want to ask what the fun mess it is to disgorge unfrozen pet nat…White pinot sounds tasty. Also a fan of cab franc so I think it’s a good addition that is more "unique’ than cab sauv at this point, though you guys are a different species of Napa anyways, in a good way.

That’s music to my ears! Are you big into Pet Nats or dipping your toe into Pet Nats with this purchase? Either way, I’d love to get your thoughts on ours, so please let us know (and if it’s not your cut of tea, that’s ok too!). We make Pet Nats very intentionally – we pick 100% Pinot Noir, harvest at champagne level brix, age on lees, and disgorge. The Elkhorn Peak Pet Nats are clean with very minimal sediment. The wine is an electric color with strong acidity and lots of flavor.
I absolutely adore every Elkhorn Peak Pet-Nat I’ve tried, and I joined their club to get more!
