Am on the edge…just completed initial order with Ultramarine and second order with Under the Wire. Therefor not sure if am ready to take on another newbie before sampling these. Of course the best path might be to order limited BXT and do a blind with all three. Would really give me a somewhat informed course to take going forward. Either way will definitely be going deep over the holidays with these new sparkling (along with my wife’s longtime Mumm membership).

I signed up yesterday and there’s still some left. Two of the sparklers were available this morning
Real curious for those that have tasted these in any capacity would report their findings. I have yet to really enjoy US sparking wines to the same level as champagne, nor have I felt the price point ever matches the value.
Did I take a flyer on this, yes. I hope to be surprised but it’s more about how this compares to other options at this price point or higher. At this stage, I prefer to drink better, which means I tend to drink less and I am ok with that.
An Arizona tasting would be great, not sure when they ship but would be fun to organize and report back.
